1. Who we are

This website is operated by Hoan Tran Technical Automation Limited Company ("HOANTRANTDH", "we"), Xuan Chieng Hamlet, Nghi Duong Commune, Hai Phong, Vietnam. Questions about this policy: sales@hoantrantdh.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit a request for quotation or a contact message we collect the details you provide: name, work e-mail, phone, company, country, part numbers and quantities, notes, and any files you attach (bills of materials, drawings, datasheets). Our services are addressed to businesses; we do not knowingly collect data from private consumers.

3. How we use it

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry: preparing quotations, checking availability with manufacturers and distributors, arranging delivery and providing engineering support. We do not sell or rent your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and whether forms work. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes IP addresses in anonymised form; we do not combine analytics data with the details you enter in forms. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the site.

5. Storage and retention

Form submissions are stored on our web infrastructure and forwarded to our sales mailbox. We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to serve the business relationship and to meet bookkeeping obligations, after which they are deleted.

6. Sharing

Where required to fulfil your request we share relevant details with manufacturers, authorized distributors or logistics partners (for example to confirm stock or arrange shipment). Service providers processing data on our behalf: web hosting, e-mail delivery and Cloudflare (routing and security).

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by writing to sales@hoantrantdh.com. We answer within a reasonable period.
