1. General

This website is operated by Hoan Tran Technical Automation Limited Company ("HOANTRANTDH", "we"). By using the site or submitting a request for quotation you accept these terms. We serve business customers; content on this site is not addressed to consumers.

2. Quotations and orders

Submitting a request for quotation is free of charge and does not create an order or any obligation to purchase. Information on this site about products, availability and lead times is indicative and subject to confirmation. A binding agreement arises only when we issue a written quotation and you confirm it, or when a separate contract is signed. Each quotation states its validity period, delivery terms (Incoterms 2020), payment terms and warranty.

3. Product information and trademarks

Product names, part numbers, logos and specifications belong to their respective manufacturers (for example Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi Electric, Endress+Hauser, Omron, Rockwell Automation, Moxa, Phoenix Contact, SICK, WAGO, Pepperl+Fuchs) and are used for identification only. Their appearance on this site does not imply endorsement by, or a partnership with, the trademark owner unless expressly stated. Specifications summarised on this site may change — always verify against the manufacturer's current documentation before design-in.

4. Warranty

Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you; the warranty period and conditions are stated on our quotation. Tested replacement units for discontinued products carry the warranty stated on the quotation. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and the documentation delivered with the goods.

5. Liability

The content of this site is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site. Liability relating to delivered goods and services is governed by the confirmed quotation or contract.

6. Governing law

These terms and any contract concluded with us are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Both parties will first seek to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise the competent court at our registered seat has jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides differently.
