Global sourcing
Technical sourcing: one engineering partner for every part number
Send us a part number, a bill of materials or a photo of a nameplate. We identify the exact product, check lifecycle status, source it through the manufacturer or authorized channels, inspect and document it, and ship it to your site — in Vietnam or abroad.
What we source
Need a part the manufacturer no longer makes? See obsolete & discontinued parts sourcing – answer within 48 hours.
Current production parts
PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, instruments and networking from the manufacturers on our brands page and beyond. One quotation and one shipment for a mixed-brand bill of materials.
Hard-to-find and allocated parts
Parts on allocation or with long factory lead times, located through authorized distributors in several countries. We tell you where the part comes from and what documentation it carries.
Discontinued and legacy parts
Successor identification, remaining-stock search with documented origin, tested replacement units for installed-base support, and migration planning when replacement is the better path.
How it works
Submit your requirement
Part numbers, a BOM spreadsheet, a datasheet, a drawing or a nameplate photo — through the RFQ form, by email or on Zalo. Tell us the quantity, required date and delivery country.
Engineering check
An engineer confirms the ordering code against your application, checks lifecycle status and identifies successor parts or qualified alternatives where they save cost or lead time.
Sourcing and quotation
We confirm price, stock and lead time through the manufacturer and authorized distribution channels, and send a line-by-line quotation with validity, Incoterm and payment terms — normally within one business day.
Order and inspection
On your confirmation we place the order. Incoming goods are checked against the order: part number, quantity, packaging, labels and serial numbers, and function where applicable.
Documentation
Commercial invoice and packing list with every shipment; Certificate of Conformance, manufacturer declaration of conformity, country-of-origin statement and test reports on request.
Delivery
Local delivery anywhere in Vietnam, or export on EXW, FCA/FOB Hai Phong, CIF or DAP terms. Multi-brand orders are consolidated into one shipment to reduce freight and customs work.
Services around the part
BOM consolidation and cost review
Send the full bill of materials. We benchmark each line, group purchases by manufacturer to reach better price breaks, and propose equivalents only where you approve them. You receive one quotation, one invoice and one delivery schedule.
Lifecycle and obsolescence monitoring
For your critical-spares list we track product change and end-of-life notices, so a discontinuation becomes a planned last-time buy rather than an emergency. See our guide to critical spares and lead-time risk.
Buffer stock and scheduled deliveries
For recurring requirements we can hold agreed buffer stock in Hai Phong against a blanket order and release it on call-off, protecting your production from lead-time swings.
Export support for buyers abroad
We prepare the commercial documents, HS classification support and packing required for export, and work with your forwarder or ours. Buyers in Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Europe and the USA use us to consolidate Vietnamese and regional purchases.
Why engineers, not just buyers
Most sourcing mistakes happen before the purchase: a part number with the wrong suffix, a successor product that is not a true drop-in, a transmitter configured for the wrong process connection. Our sourcing desk is staffed by automation engineers who read datasheets and ordering codes every day. The quotation you receive has already been checked against the application you described.

Sourcing questions, answered
Can you source discontinued or end-of-life components?
Yes. We first check the manufacturer's successor part — often a drop-in replacement. If the exact original is required, we search remaining stock at distributors and our verified supplier network, and we document the origin of every unit. For long-term support we help plan last-time buys and migration.
How do you protect against counterfeit parts?
By buying through the manufacturer and authorized distribution wherever possible, qualifying any other source before purchase, and inspecting incoming goods: packaging, labels, serial numbers, firmware and function where applicable. Documentation travels with the part.
What does an urgent line-down request look like?
Call us or submit the RFQ marked 'Line down'. An engineer confirms the part and checks stock across our channels the same day, proposes an immediate alternative if the original is not available, and arranges express freight or hand-carry within Vietnam.
Can you help reduce the cost of our existing BOM?
Yes. Send the BOM as a spreadsheet. We benchmark each line, consolidate suppliers, flag lifecycle risks and propose qualified equivalents where they reduce landed cost — without changing anything you have not approved.
Which regions do you serve?
Vietnam first, with local delivery and customs clearance. We export to Japan, ASEAN, Europe and North America, and quote on EXW, FCA/FOB, CIF or DAP terms with full export documentation.
