Overview
The Fuji Electric FCX-AIII is a differential-pressure transmitter using Fuji's micro-capacitance silicon sensor with a single-crystal diaphragm, giving ±0.04 % accuracy and a 100:1 turndown with stable long-term performance. The FKCW36 is the mid-range DP model (span 0.32–32 kPa) for orifice flow and level in boilers, water treatment and chemical plants; FKC models cover 0.1 kPa to 20 MPa, and FKG/FKA/FKP variants handle gauge, absolute and level with seals. Outputs are 4–20 mA with HART (FOUNDATION Fieldbus option), the LCD shows PV and percent, and SIL2 certification covers safety loops. The transmitter is available with integral 3- or 5-valve manifolds and a wide choice of wetted materials.
