Overview
The iTHERM TM411 is Endress+Hauser's hygienic RTD assembly for food, beverage and life-science processes. The QuickNeck connection lets the insert be removed for recalibration in seconds without tools, while the thermowell stays in the process. With the QuickSens insert the response time is around 1.5 s, which keeps CIP/SIP and pasteurization loops accurate. TM411 is an ordering family: specify insertion length, process connection (Tri-Clamp, Varivent, DIN 11851), Pt100 class and whether an iTEMP head transmitter with 4–20 mA / HART or IO-Link is fitted.
