Overview
The Festo DSBC is the current ISO 15552 standard cylinder, succeeding the DNC series with the same mounting dimensions and a self-adjusting (PPS) or manually adjustable (PPV) pneumatic end-position cushioning. The DSBC-32-100-PPVA-N3 is a Ø32 mm, 100 mm stroke, double-acting cylinder with magnetic piston for SMT/SME position sensors and adjustable cushioning. Piston rod in high-alloy steel, profile barrel in anodised aluminium; operating pressure 0.6–12 bar at -20…+80 °C. Stroke lengths are available in 1 mm increments from 10 to 2,000 mm, with variants for heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, low-friction and ATEX duty. We supply with mounting accessories (foot, flange, trunnion) and rod clevises.

Yes. The DSBC keeps the ISO 15552 dimensions, port positions and mounting interfaces of the DNC, so it fits the same brackets and sensors; the type code converts almost one-to-one.
How do I choose between PPV and PPS cushioning?
PPS self-adjusts for most loads and speeds and needs no setting; PPV lets you tune the cushioning manually for heavy loads or high speeds.
