Overview
The OPTIBAR PM 5060 is KROHNE's process pressure transmitter for gauge and absolute measurement with a choice of ceramic diaphragm (abrasion and vacuum resistant) or metallic diaphragm with oil fill for high pressures. Spans run from 25 mbar to 1,000 bar with ±0.075 % accuracy and a turndown of 20:1 (ceramic) or 10:1 (metal). The housing and operating concept are shared with the OPTIWAVE radar and OPTIBAR DP transmitters, so one display module and configuration workflow covers pressure and level. A range of hygienic, flush and diaphragm-seal process connections is available; the "C" example code denotes the compact version with local display.
