OPTIFLUX 4300 Electromagnetic Flowmeter DN100
Part number OPTIFLUX 4300 C DN100 PN16
Magnetic flowmeter for chemical and process industries, DN2.5–3000, ±0.2 % of rate, PFA/PTFE/ETFE liners, IFC 300 converter with diagnostics, SIL2.
- CE
- ATEX
- IECEx
- SIL2
- HART 7

Overview
The OPTIFLUX 4300 pairs KROHNE's OPTIFLUX 4000 sensor with the IFC 300 signal converter — the combination used where process conditions are demanding: aggressive chemicals, high temperatures, slurries and pulsating flow. Accuracy is ±0.2 % of measured value (±0.15 % optional) and the converter provides extended diagnostics: electrode and liner condition, conductivity, linearity and process-noise checks that satisfy verification requirements without removing the meter. Liners in PFA, PTFE, ETFE and ceramic, with electrodes in Hastelloy, tantalum, platinum or titanium, cover nearly any conductive fluid. The DN100 PN16 example is a compact-converter version; remote and Ex d variants are available.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between OPTIFLUX 4300 and OPTIFLUX 2300?
Both use the IFC 300 converter. OPTIFLUX 2000 sensors are designed for water and wastewater with hard-rubber or polypropylene liners; OPTIFLUX 4000 sensors carry PFA/PTFE/ceramic liners and exotic electrodes for chemical and high-temperature duty.
Can the meter be verified in place?
Yes. The IFC 300 runs internal diagnostics on the electrodes, liner and electronics and generates a verification report; the optional OPTICHECK tool provides a documented on-site verification without process interruption.
Is the OPTIFLUX 4300 available from stock, and what is the lead time?
Common PFA/Hastelloy sizes DN25–DN200 are typically 4–8 weeks; ceramic liners and large sizes longer. We confirm with the quotation.
