Overview
The LS Electric iG5A is one of the most widely installed compact drives in Vietnam, covering 0.4 to 22 kW with sensorless vector control, a built-in PID controller and dynamic-braking transistor. The SV022iG5A-4 is the 2.2 kW 400 V model with 5.5 A output, 150 % overload for 60 s, RS-485 Modbus RTU and a removable keypad with parameter copy. Functions include auto-tuning, 8 multi-step speeds, S-curve ramps, flying start and energy-saving mode; an optional external EMC filter meets C2. The iG5A has been superseded for new designs by the G100 but remains in production and is the common spare on existing machines.
