Sysmac NX1P2-9024DT Machine Controller
Part number NX1P2-9024DT
Compact machine controller with EtherCAT master, EtherNet/IP, 24 built-in I/O and up to 4 synchronized motion axes.
- CE
- UL
- RoHS

Overview
The NX1P2 brings the Sysmac platform — one software (Sysmac Studio) for logic, motion, safety and HMI — into a compact controller. The 9024DT model has 14 inputs and 10 transistor (PNP) outputs built in, an EtherCAT port for servo drives and remote I/O, and EtherNet/IP for HMI and plant connectivity. It handles up to 4 synchronized motion axes (8 with single-axis positioning) and is widely used on packaging and electronics assembly machines that pair with Omron 1S servo drives.
Key features
- EtherCAT master (up to 16 slaves) + EtherNet/IP built in
- Motion control: 4 synchronized axes, electronic cam and gear
- 14 DI / 10 DO (PNP) built in, up to 8 NX-series I/O units locally
- Option boards for serial (RS-232C/485) and analog I/O
- Sysmac Studio: IEC 61131-3, PLCopen motion function blocks
Typical applications
- Synchronized motion machines
- Packaging machines
- Electronics assembly and inspection
- High-precision control
