Overview
The Red Lion N-Tron 1000 series is a family of rugged unmanaged switches with a -40…+85 °C operating range and the hazardous-location and marine approvals that process-industry cabinets require. The 1008TX has eight 10/100BASE-TX ports with auto-negotiation and auto MDI/MDI-X, redundant 10–30 V DC inputs and a compact metal housing that mounts on DIN rail or panel. It is plug-and-play with full wire-speed switching and is used for machine cabinets, remote I/O networks and skid-mounted equipment in oil and gas, water and marine installations. Fibre and Gigabit versions (1008TX-SC, 1000 series) extend the family.
