Overview
The Red Lion PAX2A is a 1/8 DIN digital panel meter with a universal analog input covering DC current and voltage, thermocouple, RTD and resistance — one meter for any process signal. The six-digit tri-colour display changes colour on set points, and the NEMA 4X / IP65 front withstands washdown. Plug-in option cards add up to four relays, a 4–20 mA/0–10 V retransmission output and RS-485 Modbus, DeviceNet, PROFIBUS or Ethernet communications, so the meter can be upgraded in the field. Functions include scaling, totalising, min/max, custom units and Crimson 2 configuration via USB; the PAX2A is a common replacement for the PAXP/PAXT/PAXD series.
