Overview
The Weidmüller ACT20M-CI-CO-S (7760054140) is a 6 mm wide analog signal isolator and converter for 4–20 mA and 0–10 V signals, providing three-way isolation (input, output, supply) to break ground loops and protect PLC inputs from field transients. Input and output ranges are selected by DIP switches or with the free ACT20M configuration software, which also allows custom scaling and inversion; accuracy is 0.1 % with a 2 ms response. The ACT20M family covers temperature converters (RTD/TC to 4–20 mA), loop-powered isolators, frequency converters and signal duplicators, all with the same housing and plug-in terminals for fast cabinet wiring.
