DT35 Mid-Range Distance Sensor
Part number DT35-B15251
Laser time-of-flight distance sensor, 50 mm to 12 m on natural surfaces, ±1 mm repeatability, 4–20 mA analog, switching and IO-Link outputs.
- CE
- UL
- RoHS
- REACH

Overview
The DT35 measures absolute distance up to 12 m on natural, unreflective targets using HDDM time-of-flight technology, which makes it a one-sensor solution for crane and shuttle positioning, anti-collision and bulk level in bins. The DT35-B15251 provides a scalable 4–20 mA analog output, two switching outputs and IO-Link, in a rugged VISTAL housing rated IP67. Laser class 1 — no protective measures required.
Key features
- Measuring range 50 mm…12 m on natural targets (up to 35 m on reflector)
- ±1 mm repeatability, HDDM time-of-flight
- 4–20 mA / 0–10 V analog + 2 switching outputs + IO-Link
- Laser class 1, visible red spot for alignment
- Rugged VISTAL housing, IP67, M12 5-pin
Typical applications
- Crane, hoist and shuttle positioning
- Anti-collision on AGVs and gantries
- Coil and roll diameter measurement
- Bulk level in bins and silos

Frequently asked questions
Is the DT35-B15251 available from stock, and what is the lead time?
Availability of the DT35 Mid-Range Distance Sensor changes with manufacturer production and distributor stock, so we confirm it per request rather than publishing a number that may be out of date. Send the part number and quantity through the quote form and you will receive stock position and lead time within one business day.
Is the DT35-B15251 genuine, and what documentation comes with it?
We supply only genuine SICK products sourced from the manufacturer or authorized distribution channels. Each delivery includes the commercial invoice and packing list; a Certificate of Conformance, declaration of conformity and country-of-origin statement are provided on request, and the manufacturer's warranty applies.
Can you ship the DT35-B15251 outside Vietnam?
Yes. We quote EXW Hai Phong, FCA/FOB, CIF or DAP and prepare the export documentation. Buyers in Japan, ASEAN, Europe and North America regularly consolidate multi-brand orders with us into one shipment.
What if the DT35-B15251 is the wrong variant for my application?
Tell us the application in the notes field. Our engineers check the ordering code against your supply voltage, I/O, communication and environmental requirements and propose the correct variant or a successor part before quoting — at no charge.
