Overview
The WIKA 233.50 is the industry-standard process gauge: a 100 or 160 mm stainless-steel case with a 316L Bourdon tube and socket, glycerine or silicone filled to damp vibration and pulsation on pump and compressor lines. Accuracy class 1.0 per EN 837-1, with scale ranges from 0…0.6 bar to 0…1,600 bar and vacuum/compound ranges. The 233.50 is the filled variant of the 232.50; both accept the full range of WIKA diaphragm seals, syphons and snubbers for hot, corrosive or crystallising media. Options include ATEX versions, safety-pattern cases (233.30), electrical contacts and oxygen-cleaned execution. We supply with calibration certificates and in project quantities.

Frequently asked questions
When should I choose a liquid-filled gauge?
Whenever the line has vibration or pressure pulsation — pumps, compressors, hydraulics — the filling damps pointer movement and extends gauge life. For static lines the unfilled 232.50 is sufficient.
Can the 233.50 be used with aggressive media?
The 316L wetted parts cover most chemicals; for strongly corrosive, hot, viscous or crystallising media we supply the gauge with a WIKA diaphragm seal in Hastelloy, PTFE-coated or tantalum, assembled and filled at the factory.
Is the 233.50 available from stock, and what is the lead time?
