Frequently asked questions
Do we need an import licence (API) to buy from you?
Yes – as with any import into Indonesia, the buyer needs an API-U or API-P and NIB. Most factories already hold these. We ship to your nominated forwarder or deliver DAP with a licensed Indonesian customs broker.
Is SNI certification required for these parts?
Most PLC modules, drives, sensors and relays are not subject to mandatory SNI, but some low-voltage switchgear and cables are. We check the HS code and flag any SNI, K3L or SDPPI (for wireless devices) requirement in the quotation.
Can you deliver outside Java?
Yes. Air freight reaches Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Balikpapan and Batam by air; onward delivery to mine sites, plantations and power plants is arranged with your forwarder.
